ലോകത്തിലെ മുന്തിയ ബിസിനസ് സ്‌കൂളുകളിലൊന്നായ ഇന്‍സീഡില്‍ നിന്ന് രഞ്ജി ജോണ്‍ എംബിഎ ബിരുദം നേടി. എടത്വ ചെക്കിടിക്കാട് കരിക്കംപള്ളില്‍ സെബാസ്റ്റ്യന്‍ ജോസഫി (ജോണിച്ചന്‍)-ന്റേയും കുഞ്ഞൂഞ്ഞമ്മയുടേയും (ഇരുവരും ദൂബായ്) മകള്‍ ജിന്‍സി സെബാസ്റ്റ്യന്റെ ഭര്‍ത്താവാണ് രഞ്ജി.ഇന്‍സീഡിന്റെ ഫ്രാന്‍സിലെ (യൂറോപ്പ്) കാമ്പസിലാണ് രഞ്ജി പഠിച്ചത്. 2011 ജൂലൈ ഏഴിനായിരുന്നു ബിരുദദാനച്ചടങ്ങ്. ഫ്രാന്‍സിലെ ഫോണ്ടെന്‍ബ്ല്യൂവിലാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ താമസം. ടാറ്റാ കണ്‍സള്‍ട്ടന്‍സി സര്‍വീസസില്‍ പിഎല്‍എം കണ്‍സള്‍ട്ടന്റായി 2005 ഒക്ടോബര്‍ മുതല്‍ 2010 മേയ് വരെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിച്ചു. തിരുവനന്തപുരം ലയോള സ്‌കൂള്‍, കെകെ നഗര്‍ പദ്മ ശേഷാദ്രി ബാലഭവന്‍, കൊല്ലം ടികെഎം കോളജ് ഓഫ് എന്‍ജിനിയറിംഗ് എന്നീ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ നേരത്തേ പഠിച്ചു.
ബിസിനസ് സ്‌കൂളുകളുടെ ലോക റാങ്കിംഗില്‍ മുന്‍ നിരയിലാണ് ഇന്‍സീഡ്. ഫോര്‍ബ്‌സും ബിസിനസ് വീക്കും ഒന്നാം സ്ഥാനം നല്കുമ്പോള്‍ ഫിനാന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ ടൈംസ് നാലാം സ്ഥാനമാണ് നല്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്.
